Starting November 2008, by the order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine DZI Center implemented Complex system of export promotion and information-and-consulting support – Trade Promotion Portal of Ukraine at www.ukrexport.gov.ua The Portal contains data delivered by allied departments of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, economic departments under the Embassies of Ukraine in 60 countries, DZI Center itself, regional state administrations, regional chambers of commerce and industry, professional associations, and Portal users. |
Foremost, the Portal functions as an image resource, which assists the State to present Ukraine as a trade partner to global community, as well as to provide presence of Ukrainian exporters in the information field of external markets, and facilitate promotion of Ukrainian-made competitive products abroad.
As well, the Portal provides comprehensive information support to the export participants and renders data on the existing opportunities and terms of export to separate foreign countries; data on the potential or restrictions in trade with separate products; data on tenders, world business-events etc.The search engines of the Portal allow making bilateral search of trade partners both for the Ukrainian and foreign companies.
