Stanislav Dvigun, Director
He was born on June 16th, 1970.
He graduated from Kharkov university in 1994, received full higher education, speciality ‘Economic and social planning’ and got the economist qualification).
He graduated from International Management Institute (IMI – Kyiv) in 1999 and received higher education, speciality ‘Foreign trade activities management’ and got the diploma of expert in management of foreign trade activities.
Also in 1999 he received degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) IMI – Kyiv.
Work experience:
In 1994 he started military service in Kharkov Regional Office of Security service of Ukraine.
1996-2010 he occupied operative and supervising positions in the Main Office of Security service of Ukraine.
2010-2011 he worked for the State Enterprise For Managing Waste as Secondary Raw Materials. Particularly, November-December 2010 – director of regional policy department, December 2010 – March
2011 – vice-president of the company.
In July 2011 he was appointed as a director of the State Company ‘National Research and Information Center for Monitoring International Commodity Markets’.
Maxim Schcelkov, Deputy director
He was born on May 13th, 1976.
He graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kiev in 1998, received full higher education, speciality ‘Jurisprudence’ and got the expert of legislation qualification.
Work experience:
1998-2000 he worked as a legal adviser for ‘Techinvestpostach’ Company.
2000-2007 he worked as a leading legal adviser for ‘Legal firm ‘Attorney’ Company.
2007-2010 he worked as an executive partner for ‘Remedial agency ‘Ekvitas’ Company.
2010-2011 he worked for the State Enterprise For Managing Waste as Secondary Raw Materials. Particularly, May-September 2010 – a legal department director, September 2010 – June 2011 – vice-president of the company.
In July 2011 he was appointed as a deputy director of the State Company ‘National Research and Information Center for Monitoring International Commodity Markets’.
Julianna Pikovskaya, Deputy director
She was born on November 25th, 1970.
She graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kiev in 1994, received full higher education, speciality ‘Sociology’ and got of the expert of sociology as well as the teacher of sociology qualifications.
Work experience:
1994-1995 she worked as a sociologist for the Ukrainian-British-Bulgarian Company ‘Socis LTD’.
1995-1998 she worked as a sociologist for ‘Ark-communication’ company.
1998-2002 she worked as a senior project manager of research department for ‘Socis LTD’ company.
Since 2002 she has been working for the State Company ‘National Research and Information Center for Monitoring International Commodity Markets’. In January 2007 she was appointed as a deputy director of the company.
Ruslan Filin, Deputy director
He was born on June 29th, 1969.
He graduated from Frunze higher command school of Kiev in 1991, received full higher education and got the engineer of automotive equipmentservice qualification.
He graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kiev in 2004, received full higher education, speciality ‘Finance’ and got the economist qualification.
Work experience:
1991-2010 he occupied operative and supervising positions of National Armed forces of Ukraine and Security service of Ukraine.
February-July 2011 he worked as a deputy director on commercial issues for ‘Holding Management’ Ltd.
Since September 2011 he has been working for the State Company ‘National Research and Information Center for Monitoring International Commodity Markets’. In January 2012 he was appointed as a deputy director of the company.
