As of September 18, Ukrainian agrarians harvested 36.8 million tons of grains from the area of
10.4 million ha (70%) with a yield of 35.2 c/ha.
Out of which:
– early grains and legumes – 34.3 million tons from an area of 9.9 million hectares with a yield of 34.8 c/ha;
– maize – 2.2 million tons from an area of 402 thousand hectares (9%) with a yield of 54.9 c/ha;
– buckwheat – 84 thousand tons from an area of 66 thousand hectares (61%) with a yield of 12.8 c/ha;
– millet – 56 thousand tons from an area of 36 thousand hectares (68%) with a yield of 15.7 c/ha.
Technical crops harvested as up to date:
– sunflower – 4.7 million tons from an area of 2.2 million ha (36%) with a yield of 21.3 c/ha;
– soybean – 837 thousand tons from an area of 346 thousand hectares (20%) with a yield of 24.2 c/ha;
– rape – 2.7 million tons from an area of 1.0 million hectares with a yield of 26.1 c/ha.
Sugar beet: 947 thousand tons have been gathered from an area of 20.0 thousand hectares (7%) with a yield of 467 c/ha.
