National Mortgage Agency and DZI signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and Сoordination

On July 6 Bogdan Dubas the Director of DZI and Andriy Kamuz Board Chairman of the National Mortgage Agency have signed the Memorandum of Cooperation and Coordination

“The Memorandum is a core document for our relations to commence. We are ready to provide the National Mortgage Agency with a wide range of information and analysis for the successful implementation of their projects” Bogdan Dubas has noted.

“The National Mortgage Agency is starting a new investment project to accommodate Ukrainians with affordable housing on the basis of long-term lease or mortgage loans. This Project envisages receiving financing for construction of housing and then giving roughly 27.5 thousand flats (one, two and three bedroom apartments) with more than 1.3 million square meters of total space for long term lease or on terms of mortgage loans with low-interest rates and for the length of up to 15 years. We need independent monitoring of the mortgage market, surveillance of builders for the correspondence of quality and price. Your unbiased expertise will help us to make the decisions, therefor we expect effective combined efforts” were the words of Andriy Kamuz.
