The company MP Garlic from the city Dnepr first time ever started the production of black fermented garlic.
Black garlic is produced in accordance with the classic Asian recipe using natural fermentation under high temperature and certain humidity without any addition of color agents and chemicals. Owing to the sugar and amino acids coming into reaction garlic becomes black.
The company MP Garlic uses only locally grown raw material.
Production capacity is 200 kilograms per month.
At the moment the company is supplying the black garlic to restaurants on a preorder basis and is thinking to offer the product to retail chains as well as to export it.
